- Stocked items (excluding cut wire and tools) may be returned within 10 days of the billing date with a valid copy of the bill. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Any tool must be returned within 5 business days and may incur a 10% restocking fee. Chemicals including aerosols are non-returnable.
- Items deemed defective may be exchanged for equivalent products within 10 days. Beyond 10 days, a defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced.
- Items must not have been altered in any way (e.g., soldered to, wires cut). All cut wire is final sale.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and must not be damaged.
