Return / Exchange Policy

• Stocked items (excluding cut wire and tools) may be returned within 10 days of the billing date with a valid copy of the bill. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
• Any tool must be returned within 5 business days and may incur a 10% restocking fee.
• Chemicals including aerosols are non-returnable.
• Items deemed defective may be exchanged for equivalent products within 10 days.
• Beyond 10 days, a defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced.
• Items must not have been altered in any way (e.g., soldered to, wires cut). All cut wire is final sale.
• Items must be returned with original packaging and must not be damaged.
• Non-stock / special order items and quantities ordered beyond our stocking levels are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• All other cases are at the manager’s discretion.

Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer’s own risk.

North Ethernet Technology INC is not liable for any damage to the customer’s existing equipment caused by, but not limited to, any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from North Ethernet Technology INC.
